I sat near a mom I barely know at Harper’s recent Easter program at school. Here was a snippet of our conversation.
Me: “So, are you going anywhere for Easter holiday break?â€
Lady: “Yes. Island.â€
Me: “Hmm. Island?â€
Lady: “Yes, Island.â€
Me (tilting head to one side in puzzled look): “Where is Island? What island are you going to?â€

So much for me giving you a word of the day…so, in honor of those celebrating Thanksgiving by eating too much food here’s your word for the week. I’m sure many of you will feel this way later today.
